The Technical Support Department (SAT) it follows the products evolution knowing their characteristics from embryonic phase when, in synergy with the Reserch & Development Department, it carry on an active role during the operation engineering as required post-sale operation.

The principal activity of the Technical Support Department is the supervision and control of the technical operations and final-test on the new installations.
